Mechiel Taylor, MPH
Mechiel completed her internship in December 2020 with Zero Breast Cancer as part of her graduate school program. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of New England. Improving community health through education and researching the benefits of law enforcement and public health collaboration are her interests. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of San Francisco with a concentration in organizational and law enforcement leadership. For the past fifteen years, she has worked as a credentialed teacher for underserved populations in Alameda County. She currently volunteers at Women’s Cancer Resource Center in Berkeley. Mechiel joined Zero Breast Cancer May 2021.
