Presentation description: We hear about how the foods and drinks we choose and how much physical activity we get can affect our health. Did you know that chemicals all around us can also impact our risk of cancer, diabetes and even obesity? In this session, we will learn where some of these chemicals are and how to avoid them. We will also talk about how stress and lack of sleep can increase their effect. Participants will learn about easy ways to decrease exposure for themselves and their friends and their family to help us all be healthier!
