Are you ready to take charge of your health and well-being after completing active breast cancer treatment? Our Resilient Me Health & Wellness Coaching Program is designed to support you in thriving. Your certified coach will help you develop sustainable lifestyle changes where you can improve your health and wellness, cope with treatment side effects and reduce the risk of recurrence (likelihood of getting breast cancer again) or maximize the likelihood of positive outcomes with a breast cancer diagnosis (like improved quality of life, well-being, and length of life). Thanks to funding from To Celebrate Life, we are able to offer services for free over Zoom to people in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties.
In late May 2024, we were recruiting people after active breast cancer treatment (including those with metastatic disease) in the greater San Francisco Bay Area for June - August 2024. Clients can be any time after active treatment, from 1 day to 40 years.

Program Outline
Week 1: Participate in an intake call with your coach where you will learn more about your coach and the program before committing.
Week 2: Dive deep into your health and wellness vision with your coach, who will guide the way to discovering what's really important to you as you work toward making changes in your life. This session is essential to setting the foundation for your partnership with your coach because research shows when you ground health changes in what really matters most to you, you're more likely to stick with it.
Week 3: Grounded in your vision, you will set personally meaningful long-term goals that you will work toward over the next three months.
Weeks 4-11: Grounded in your vision, you will set personally meaningful weekly goals that build toward your long-term goals.
Week 12: You will review the progress you've made and discuss strategies for maintaining it long into the future.
