We are seeking graduate students (or recent graduates) for 2 part-time paid 1-year internships, to coordinate projects that support and expand our health and wellness education programs and campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for graduate students in related fields to apply what you've learned about public health, health education, marketing and/or communications to cancer risk reduction education and empowerment programs. Key target audiences include parents and caregivers for young girls, teens, breast cancer survivors and caregivers, particularly in low-income and racial/ethnic minority communities.
We are a small non-profit, so interns will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks, in addition to coordinating their own projects. Our interns will work with a wide variety of public health researchers, people who have/had breast cancer, caregivers, advocates, cancer support and clinical care providers.
